• After arriving at the hotel, please stop by the Registration Desk, located in the resort’s front lobby, to pick up meeting materials and a name badge. Please make sure to wear your name badge to all events, including meals and meetings.

• The dress code for all meetings and meals is resort casual. You’ll want to bring the appropriate casual outfit and gear (sunblock and hat) for your selected activity. You may also wish to bring a sweater or light jacket as the meeting rooms could be cool. Resort casual means,

  • What you’ll see: lightweight fabrics like linen and cotton, vibrant colors and prints, and comfortable footwear. Maybe some Curi gear 😊.
  • For women: Sundresses, skirts, dressy shorts, and capris are common. 
  • For men: Polo shirts, dress pants, and collared shirts are generally acceptable. 
  • Footwear: Consider stylish sandals, loafers, or boat shoes. 
  • What to avoid: Athletic wear, graphic t-shirts, jeans (for evening events), and flip-flops (outside the pool area).
     
• Parking: If you are planning to park your vehicle on the property during your stay, please utilize our complimentary parking QR code, and follow these instructions.

• While you are in San Antonio, TX during the beginning of June, the average temperatures range from 92°F to 72°F, it is generally warm, sunny, and high humidity. There might also be a chance of rain.  

We’d like to offer an additional opportunity to experience San Antonio before your departure on Tuesday. After dinner, Monday evening, Curi will provide shuttle service to/from the San Antonio Riverwalk for any attendee who wishes to experience the infamous city park. The shuttle will run from 9:00PM, departing from the La Cantera Resort’s front entrance, until 12:30AM from the Riverwalk. If you’d like to remain out past the final shuttle, please secure transportation back to the resort at your leisure.
