Book Your Travel

You are responsible for booking your own air travel and ground transportation to and from the event. Please book your travel
within the parameters listed below. Use this link to reference The Sanctuary’s recommendations for travel for both driving instructions and airport options.

 Travel Parameters

• • Arrival: Please plan on arriving at The Sanctuary on Tuesday, April 25 by 4:00 pm.
  • Departure: The program will conclude with a farewell breakfast on Thursday, April 27.  Check out time is 11:00am.

Fees Covered by Curi

• Lodging and Parking fees at The Sanctuary will be covered by Curi for April 25 – April 27.
• All planned meals and events will be covered by Curi for the attendee and their plus one.
• Afternoon activities scheduled for Wednesday, April 26 for the attendee and their plus one will be covered by Curi. 
  • Please complete your activity requests during registration.

Travel Stipend

• Curi will provide a $500 travel stipend for attendees, which can be used to help offset incurred travel expenses. The travel stipend is available to attendees only, and does not include their plus one.
• A completed form is only required for those receiving the $500 travel stipend. A link to the form with the submission instructions will be provided at the event.

The travel stipend, payable by check, will be in the amount of $500. If, at the end of 2023 Curi has paid anyone more than the IRS reporting requirement (currently, $600 cumulatively), Curi will use the information provided on the W-9 to issue a 1099 for tax return preparation. Travel stipend recipients should determine with their own tax advisors if Curi’s payment(s) are taxable.
