Led the effort to recruit a Director of Operations for a multi-state de novo practice-from finding and interviewing candidates, to presenting and negotiating the offer, and completing final background checks to get the candidate in the door.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Implemented a comprehensive training and development program for a mid-sized pediatric practice in NC, covering topics from "Workplace Laws for Leaders" to "Building a Great-Place-to-Work Culture" (and more) for the practice’s leadership team.
COMPENSATION ANALYSIS
Partnered with a mid-sized orthopedic practice to analyze compensation packages for the full management team, conducting market research, interviewing staff, and presenting recommendations to help the practice with competitiveness and equity.
FRACTIONAL HR SUPPORT
Stepped in to provide temporary, full-service HR support due to the departure of mid-sized pediatric practice’s HR director, who handled payroll and other key HR functions for the practice. Helped to recruit the new Director of HR in parallel.
